Single people
Individual guests using an apartment for 2 persons (if available) are eligible for a reduced rate. When there is no single apartment, individual guests can a suite for 4 people if available.
These apartments may incur additional charges. Please ask at time of booking.
Children
Children under 3 years old can stay for free at one 's farm, when sharing the apartment with two paying adults.
Children aged between 3 and 12 years will be charged at 25.00 per extra bed per child per night when sharing the 'apartment with two paying adults where a suitable room is available.
The availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may be needed in cases where the 'accommodation requires it. The farm will determine whether a room is suitable for the purpose for this offer. Children staying in their own room will be charged 100% of the full fare.
Person with reduced mobility
Monastero San Silvestro offers apartments and facilities for guests with limited mobility and access especially in terms of areas and accessible bathrooms.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome report is required at time of booking.
There is no supplement for dogs housed, the owners are asked not to disturb other guests, and will be called upon to pay compensation for any damage.
Arrival and departure
The apartments are available from 14:00 on day of arrival until Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Please diper the details of the times of arrival and departure at the time of booking.
