The terms and conditions set out below apply to all online bookings for Monastero San Silvestro. Please note that, for promotional bookings, the Terms and Conditions should be consulted.
Bookings for dinner and wellness packages cannot be guaranteed online.
Monastero San Silvestro offers accommodation only. All prices are subject to availability, and Monastero San Silvestro reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices are subject to availability and include utilities (electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning), bed linen and towels, and final cleaning, and are inclusive of VAT.
Wi-Fi and private parking are free of charge.

During major sporting events, social events, conferences and exhibitions, some rates may not be available.
Some dates may be subject to a minimum stay. All rates are subject to availability.

For operational reasons, the accommodation may not be able to accommodate guests for the entire booked period or for part of it. The guest will be guaranteed accommodation at a property in the local area of the same or a higher standard.
