In front of the historic building lies the monastery’s park, graced by a large, centuries-old mulberry tree, which creates a cool and picturesque spot to linger during the hottest hours of the day. The park features barbecue areas for enjoyable social gatherings, yoga equipment for those wishing to rediscover balance and wellbeing, and a dedicated dog area where four-legged friends can run freely and safely. During the summer months, next to the park, you can also admire the paddock with grazing horses, a touch that further enhances the natural atmosphere of the place. For socialising in any season, the ‘Sotto gli Archi’ area – air-conditioned and cosy – is ideal for playing, chatting and spending pleasant evenings in good company, perhaps with a board game.
